Cyndee Grace Savoy, Owner

Cyndee Grace Savoy is the Founder of Fuerza Pilates and a Master Teacher in the Fuerza Method. She has over 20 years’ experience in Yoga and Pilates. She is also a Nutritionist and Herbalist with a focus in Sports Nutrition. She has owned several Yoga and Pilates Studios.

Together with her daughter, Amy Marie, she has developed a rigorous interpretation of the Pilates Method and a Comprehensive Instructor Training Program, as well as a Master Teacher Certification in the Fuerza Method.
