We offer a variety of session types ranging from Individual Private Sessions to lively Group Classes.
Not sure which session type is best for you?
Try a Private Session if you are new to Pilates, are recovering from and injury, have Scoliosis, back pain, Parkinson’s or Repetitive Stress Injuries from sports or work, if you have special constraints on time, or just want the extra focus and attention to detail.
Try a Group Class if you have done Pilates before, love the motivation of working with others, and are sound in body and can keep up with the group.
It is recommended that you take at least 3 Private Sessions before joining our Group Classes, even if you have participated in Pilates elsewhere. We advise this because we would like for us to get to know each other, establish goals, learning/teaching/communication styles and anything else that will help you to attain your the results you desire from Pilates.
